Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Technical Support
  • Install, configure, & perform maintenance of servers and network devices
  • Responsibletomonitor&troubleshootsystem servers in a timely manner
  • Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
  • Troubleshoot technical problems reported by customers
  • Provide solutions and fix technical problems reported by customers
Corporate Sales
  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, and deliver presentations demonstrating Qwords’ productsand solutions
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structure/deals
  • Acquire new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various Social Media platforms
Marketing & Relations Officer
  • Effectively create and execute long-term marketing plans and short-term tactical activities, including marketing campaignsand offline events
  • Determine the channel/platform for communication materials
  • Strengthen our relationship with clients and external parties
  • Monitor and evaluate all marketing campaigns and propose recommendations to get better results
Sales Manager ISP
  • Manage operation sales
  • Responsible for sales and maintaining a smooth flow of work
  • Responsible for sales target
  • Responsible for branding, to improve the existence and reputation of companies
  • Promote and carry out a sales culture and build relationships with new and existing customers by identifying their needs and determining the appropriate product or service
Marketing Staff
  • Effectively execute marketing activities to attract and retain customers, including campaignsand offline events
  • Strengthen our relationship with clientsand company partnerships
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing activities and propose recommendations to get better results
Software Quality Assurance
  • Testing websites for functionality, responsiveness, and usability
  • Ensure each site follows our client-approved designs in accordance with UX/UI principles, CRO principles, and ADA compliance
  • Assures compliance for delivered wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes
  • Validate complex navigation flows, converting functional requirements into simple user journeys
  • Develop and deploy Ul/UX testing activities providing comprehensive coverage forin-sprinttesting
  • Deliver comprehensive documentation and lead knowledge transfer for the team
  • Deliver and maintain post-deployment V&V activities
  • Provide reporting for status, progress, and coverage
  • Support UAT& production implementation
UI/UX Designer
  • Develop an understanding of the end-users of the web or mobile application through research (user interviews, traffic data, etc)
  • Capable of generating user personasand user scenarios
  • Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
  • Designing Ul elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets
  • Testing Ul elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target linksfor landing pages
  • Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal/external designer
  • Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design
  • Identifyand troubleshoot UX Problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Syarat Pekerjaan
Technical Support
  • Solid understanding of Linux system administration (CentOS, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux)
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, IP address, and LAN technology including switching and routing fundamentals
  • Knowledge of mail server, Zimbra, mail gateway, SSL, & encryption technology
  • Knowledge of LAMP, cPanel/WHM, and DirectAdmin is a plus
  • SMK/Diploma/Bachelor’sdegree in IT field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as IT/Helpdesk Support, system administrator, or other closely related fields
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively atall levels
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Willing to work on-site in South Jakarta within the scheduled
Corporate Sales
  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in any field, IT field is preferred
  • Minimum 1-year experience working in B2B sales (ITindustry isa plus)
  • Prior knowledge about hosting, domain, and server would be preferable
  • Familiar with sales-related documents
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude
  • Fast learner, result-oriented, and proactive in problem
  • Willing to workon-site in South Jakarta
Marketing & Relations Officer
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field of study
  • Minimum 1-year experience working in a fast-paced industry
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Experience in event management is a plus
  • Outstanding strategic thinking and plan execution
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven and a team player
  • Willing to work on-site in South Jakarta
Sales Manager ISP
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience working as a Sales Leader, preferably in ISP/System Integrator/lnternet Industry
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Solid understanding of complete sales eye les, from prospecting to closing
  • Strong leadership, time management, and salesmanshipskills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and perform well
  • Willing to work in Bandung
Marketing Staff
  • Minimum 1-year experience working in a fast-paced industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Experience in event management is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven and a team player
  • Willing to workon-site in Bandung
Software Quality Assurance
  • Knowledge and understanding of IT Quality Assurance testing applications, methods, and methodologies
  • Hands-on experience in conducting automation and manual testing
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
  • Ability to meet deadlinesand work both independently and asa group
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to workon-site in Bandung
UI/UX Designer
  • 2 years* experience in designing for web and mobile applications
  • Working knowledge ofthe following technologies and software
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or othervisual design and wireframing tools
  • Strong applied skills for design tools related to creating mobile and web application interfaces, e.g., Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
  • Understanding of HTML, css and Java Script in accordance with building SEO-friendly and responsive web applications
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to work on-site in Bandung
