Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities :

1. Provide specialist technical advice and support on all aspects of Tool Maintenance, manufacturing and estimating.
2. Supports production and engineering with tooling/technical problems.
3. Supports Production and Engineering to manage and guarantee on time availability of tools to ensure continuous production.
4. Develop and manage procedural arrangements whereby proposals on new equipment or tool design can be assessed for their impact in performance terms.
5. Manufacture new inserts from technical drawings to a high level of workmanship and in an efficient, cost effective manner.
6. Tooling drawings, specification filing & maintenance.
7. Perform evaluation & development activities to provide solutions for technical problems to sustain & improve production yield, quality, process cycle time & cost reduction.
8. CAD and CNC programming may be required.
9. Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
10. Manage, coach and develop a high performing tool room team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.

Persyaratan Khusus

Requirement :

1. Min. Diploma in Technical background.
2. Min. 10 years of experiences in Tooling Managerial level & in plastic injection molding environment.
3. Capable & Expert in ;
• On hand Skill of operating tool room basic machines, CNC Tool room machines (Milling, Turning, Wire Cut & Grinding) and Conventional tool room equipment).
• Using engineering software such as NX Siemens & Mastercam.
• Read technical drawing, do routine tooling maintenance (cleaning, matching, etc) and tooling repair.
• Spectrum Mold Fabrication, Mold Maintenace, Mold Trouble shooting.
• Control budget for Tool room expenses.
• Planning of daily Tool room activity.
• Establishment Tooling document. 
• Handle company regulation, policy, manpower regulation.
• Manage field employee relations issue. 
4. Fluency in both oral and written English.
5. Computer literate, hardworking, self motivated & work in team.
6. Preferably have training & competence certification.
