Syarat Pekerjaan
Business Development
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience gained from an engineering background that has seen you move into a front-end BD role with at least 2 years within the BD environment in Indonesia
  • Must have current/established contacts with the respective sectors in Indonesia
  • Successful recent history of closing deal/tenders especially in the oil & gas sector
  • Aware of SKK Migas regulation and its requirements
  • Familiar with tenders
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the Clients in order to acquire business
  • Good team player and always able to communicate and liaise with the rest of the engineers within the company to understand our services and product thoroughly
  • Ability to read and understand contractual terms and conditions
  • Progress of opportunities in relation to the Business Development process
  • IT Skills like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is mandatory
  • Fluent English and Indonesian speaking and writing skills are mandatory
HSE
  • Maximum age 35 years
  • Have K3 Certificate / Oil and Gas
  • Understand Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) and other administrative documents
  • Experience min 3 years
  • Understand the ISO system
  • Can speak English spoken and written
  • Ready to go on a business trip
  • Can drive a car and have driver license
  • Vaccinated Covid-19
