Syarat Pekerjaan

Business Development

Minimum of 2 years’ experience gained from an engineering background that has seen you move into a front-end BD role with at least 2 years within the BD environment in Indonesia
Must have current/established contacts with the respective sectors in Indonesia
Successful recent history of closing deal/tenders especially in the oil & gas sector
Aware of SKK Migas regulation and its requirements
Familiar with tenders
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the Clients in order to acquire business
Good team player and always able to communicate and liaise with the rest of the engineers within the company to understand our services and product thoroughly
Ability to read and understand contractual terms and conditions
Progress of opportunities in relation to the Business Development process
IT Skills like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is mandatory
Fluent English and Indonesian speaking and writing skills are mandatory

HSE

Maximum age 35 years
Have K3 Certificate / Oil and Gas
Understand Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) and other administrative documents
Experience min 3 years
Understand the ISO system
Can speak English spoken and written
Ready to go on a business trip
Can drive a car and have driver license
Vaccinated Covid-19
