Jurnal Borneo Administrator: Media Pengembangan Paradigma dan Inovasi Sistem Administrasi Negara (known as JBA or Jurnal Borneo Administrator) is a journal that dedicated to publishing and disseminating the results of research and development in public administration area.

The scope of this journal covers experimental and analytical research in public administration areas. The topics include: (1) public policy, (2) public management, (3) Public Sector Innovation, (4) Decentralization, regional autonomy and governance, (5) Local politics and democracy, (6) Rural / village autonomy and governance, (7) Related fields. 19 articles in JBA have been quoted by articles in SCOPUS indexed journals, JBA Cited by SCOPUS

Language used in this journal is English and Bahasa Indonesia  
JBA published three times a year (every april, august, and december), with six articles every issue (total 3 issues per year)

Every article submitted to JBA will not have any 'Article Processing Charges'. This includes submitting, peer-reviewing, editing, publishing, maintaining and archiving, and allows immediate access to the full text versions of the articles.

Jurnal Borneo Administrator has been accredited by National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) Managed by Ministry of Research & Technology/ National Agency for Research and Innovation, Republic Indonesia (KEMENRISTEK/BRIN) with Second Grade (Peringkat 2, Sinta 2) since Volume 16/1/2020 to Volume 20/1/2024 according to the decree No. 148/M/KPT/2020 [new released].
