Looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team!
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good English speaking & writing skills
- Inventory management experience
- Great work ethic and positive attitude
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing small kitchen staff
- Filling in for Head Chef responsibilities when they are absent
- Managing and sorting vendor invoices
- Resolving customer questions and/or food issues professionally
- Ensure that food is coming out in a timely and consistent manner
